I placed my order on 1/23/2011. Shortly after (after it was already charged to my credit card)I was told that "due to illness" I would not receive my order and that a full refund would show up on my account. That was 2 months ago. Business is business. I would like my items or a full refund (as promised). I have been sending e-mails concerning this to the company and still no reply. I won't order again.
Ginny's Needlecrafts specializes in IMPORTED, hard-to-find cross stitch kis, needlepoint kits and patterns. Currently there are 1,500 products from which to choose and we will be working on adding the next 1,000 products between now and the summer of 2009.
We will keep you posted on specials, new products that may be of interest to you and we will be highlighting different manufacturers and artists - We hope you find something that brings out the artist in you!
PLEASE REMEMBER: The majority of cross stitch and needlepoint kits offered at GINNY'S NEEDLECRAFTS are IMPORTED; therefore the PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES ARE LONGER. Most kits take between TWO AND THREE WEEKS to arrive. If you have any questions about the delivery time please ASK before placing an order. THANK YOU!!
